There are two types of computer network architectures :
Such as –

❷ Peer to peer network /model
Client : The individual workstations in the network are called as clients.
Server : The central computer which allows the client to access its software and database is called as the  server . server is more powerful than clients.
Client server model :
A client server model is a network in which the shared files and applications are stored in the server but network users ( client ) can still store files on their individual pcs.

Server has central ability while clients does not.
All computers have equal ability.
Higher cabling costCheaper cabling cost
It is used in small and large networks .Normally used in small networks less than 10 computer
